About the Role: As a Temporary Production Operative on a 2-shift pattern, you will support the efficient manufacture of products through machine operation, assembly line work and in-line quality checks. You will play a key role in maintaining production flow, meeting daily targets, and ensuring all output meets defined quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery in line with standard operating procedures and production schedules
  • Perform assembly line tasks, including component fitting, fastening, and basic manual assembly operations
  • Carry out visual and basic measurement-based quality inspections at defined stages of production
  • Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products or materials to the relevant supervisor
  • Follow documented work instructions, job cards, and production specifications accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organised work area and support basic housekeeping (5S) activities
  • Adhere to all site health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and safe handling of equipment
  • Work flexibly across different stations and tasks to support production demands on both shifts (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00)

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment
  • Proven ability to operate basic production or assembly machinery safely and efficiently
  • Experience working on an assembly line with repeatable, time-sensitive tasks
