We're looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to join a growing marketing and e Commerce team, creating engaging visual content that brings products and brand stories to life across multiple digital channels.

The Role
As a Midweight Multimedia Designer, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that support marketing campaigns, website content, email marketing, social media, and product launches.
You'll work closely with marketing, e Commerce, and creative teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while driving engagement and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, style, shoot, and edit product photography for use across digital channels.
- Create compelling visual content for websites, landing pages, social media, digital advertising, and email campaigns.
- Design marketing collateral, promotional graphics, banners, and branded assets.
- Edit and retouch images to a high professional standard.
- Capture and edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Support the creation and optimisation of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Develop engaging visual concepts that enhance customer experience and strengthen brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a multimedia, design, digital content, or creative marketing role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
- Experience producing high-quality product photography and visual content.
- Strong image editing, retouching, and video editing skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and e Commerce content.
- Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
- Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
