Central Employment are recruiting Production Operators for immediate starts to join a busy and growing team in Hetton-le-Hole. This is a great opportunity to begin work quickly, gain new skills, and secure a long-term position within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Hetton-le-Hole (DH5)

Pay: From £12.86 per hour + overtime enhancements

The Role

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient production processes and delivering high-quality output. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

  • Day Shift: 6:20am – 2:30pm
  • Back Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting rate from £12.86 per hour
  • Pay review after 12 weeks
  • Overtime available: Saturday: Time and a half, Sunday: Double time
