We are recruiting experienced Production Operators to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in North Shields. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time role with long-term prospects in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Temporary to Permanent opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking items using hand-held scanners or pick sheets
- Packing products safely and securely for dispatch
- Carrying out visual quality checks to identify faults or issues
- Working quickly and efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work area
- Picking, packing, boxing, and preparing stock
- Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or similar environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Able to work rotating shift patterns
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
Working Hours
Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts
Early Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm
Late Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
Pay & Contract
£12.71 per hour
