We're looking for a Digital Content Executive to join a growing hospitality, retail or e-commerce business, helping to strengthen brand presence and drive customer engagement across digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years' experience in a digital content position, either in-house e Commerce or within a digital agency, who can demonstrate a strong portfolio of content that delivers measurable results.

The Role

You'll be responsible for creating, managing and optimising content across websites, social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.

Working closely with marketing, design and commercial teams, you'll produce compelling content that enhances customer experiences, improves search visibility and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage engaging content for websites, landing pages, blogs and digital campaigns.
  • Develop SEO-focused content strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Write, edit and optimise content using keyword research and SEO best practice.
  • Manage content across social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging visual and video content to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor performance through analytics and use insights to continually improve content effectiveness.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates and emerging technologies.

About You

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Digital Content, SEO Content or Web Content.
  • Experience gained either client-side/in-house e Commerce or within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and content optimisation.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Proven experience managing website content and social media channels.
  • Experience creating engaging video content for social and digital platforms.
  • Good understanding of videography, video editing and visual content production.
  • Experience using tools such as Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar content creation platforms.
  • Knowledge of emerging content technologies, AI tools and digital content trends.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics and social media insights.
