Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Central Employment are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
  • Providing accurate information and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing orders, updates and customer requests
  • Maintaining customer records and ensuring systems are kept up to date
  • Escalating more complex issues where required
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first approach
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using IT systems and learning new processes
