Central Employment are looking to recruit an eCommerce Sales Executive to join a fast-growing Newcastle-based manufacturing and distribution client. This role will oversee all the ecommerce sites they operate on, which is a major increasing sales area for their online trade arm. The eCommerce Sales Executive will ensure sales are dispatched on time (from stock or from a supplier), communicated with the customer to ensure orders received and all orders across all sites invoiced at a profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee incoming orders, ensuring timely processing and dispatch.
  • Coordinate stock availability and supplier lead times to meet delivery commitments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce customers and suppliers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for queries, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate price levels across platforms.
  • Ensure all orders meet profitability targets before processing.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) when required.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track order performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to management on account health and profitability.

  • Previous experience in ecommerce account management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of order processing and supply chain coordination.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
