The Opportunity
An established and growing business is looking to recruit an Outbound Sales Executive to join its Business Development team in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual looking to develop a career in sales.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships and helping to drive revenue growth.
Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential new customers across a variety of industries.
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers via telephone, email and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Generate new business opportunities and support the growth of existing accounts.
- Promote products and services whilst identifying customer needs.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Work towards individual and team targets within a supportive sales environment.
