Join a rapidly growing automotive engineering company supplying leading manufacturers including Nissan, Jaguar, and Land Rover. We are currently recruiting Reach Truck Operators to join our expanding manufacturing facility. Immediate starts are available, with excellent training and genuine long-term opportunities for progression.

The Role

  • Operating Reach (and potentially Counterbalance) forklift trucks safely and efficiently to move goods and materials.
  • Supporting production through line feeding to ensure a continuous supply of materials.
  • Following all health and safety procedures to minimise risk and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Carrying out routine vehicle checks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records relating to stock movement, inventory, and any damages or incidents.

Candidate Requirements

  • Have previous Reach Truck experience (in-date or expired licences accepted if competency can be demonstrated).
  • Alternatively, have Counterbalance experience – training/conversion can be provided.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Possess a strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Have good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Shift Patterns & Pay

  • Day Shift £12.71 per hour
  • Two Shift Rotation £14.30 per hour
  • 07:00 – 15:10
  • 16:35 – 00:45 (Friday: 15:10 – 23:10)
  • Three Shift Rotation £15.04 per hour
  • 07:00 – 15:30
  • 15:30 – 23:20
  • 23:20 – 07:00
