Central Employment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client – a leading UK door retailer – for Reach FLT / Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a valid Reach Truck license who is looking to join a proactive and supportive warehouse environment. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Lifting products weighing up to 25kg alone and up to 60kg as part of a team
- Performing general warehouse duties
- Scanning and logging products with high accuracy to avoid delays or additional costs
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Contributing positively as a proactive team member
Requirements:
- Valid Reach Truck Licence is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and scan barcodes accurately
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to take initiative
Shift Patterns (Static Shifts – No Rotation):
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Back Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am (Sunday to Thursday)
Pay Rates: £13.00 to £17.39 per hour (depending on shift)
