We are working with a well-established business that is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service and administration experience who enjoys a varied role and providing first-class support to customers and colleagues alike.
The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and processing orders while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception and greeting visitors
- Taking customer orders via telephone and email
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with the Finance and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Taking customer payments and updating records
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate customer information and documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
- Previous experience within a Customer Service, Reception, or Administration role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
