Central Employment are recruiting for Pharmaceutical Operators for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Northumberland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised business and develop a long-term career within pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for operating production equipment, processing batches, completing production documentation, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and to GMP standards.
  • You'll also carry out routine equipment checks, support continuous improvement activities, and work closely with colleagues across production and quality teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • GMP experience is advantageous but not essential

Shift Pattern

  • Rotating shifts:
  • 6:00am to 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm to 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm to 6:00am
