You will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Operate high-speed blister pack lines to ensure efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and prevent disruptions to production.
- Adhere to cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements to maintain product quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
- Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or technical principles, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
