We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual with a willingness to learn, to join our high-end dental and oral manufacturing company based in Billingham. This hands‑on role is essential in maintaining product quality and consistency by accurately mixing and weighing ingredients to meet client specifications.

Location: Billingham

Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour

Schedule: Full-time

Hours: Currently working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday but we ask for full flexibility in terms of hours and days worked to cope with business demand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately mix and weigh materials according to product specifications and batch requirements
  • Prepare and label all materials correctly for production
  • Operate mixing machinery and monitor progress throughout each batch
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene standards and quality control procedures
  • Perform manual handling duties, including consistent heavy lifting of ingredients and containers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in mixing and weighing within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or food production environment
  • Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
