An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join a busy Accounts team. This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of a growing property function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process rental income, ensuring payments are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage rent arrears, liaising with tenants and updating landlords accordingly
  • Handle payment queries and discrepancies via email and telephone
  • Produce and issue monthly rental statements to landlords
  • Process and arrange payment of contractor invoices
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service

  • Previous accounts experience
