Central Employment are working in partnership with a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Newcastle, as they look to appoint a PPC Executive. We are looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist to take ownership of our paid search activity. Working closely with our PPC Lead, you will be the person actually inside the accounts every day - making the adjustments, testing the copy, and finding the wins.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon Advertising. We need someone who genuinely enjoys digging into the data to figure out why a campaign is underperforming and, more importantly, how to fix it. You will be looking at the data daily to identify opportunities for A/B testing, landing page improvements, and audience refinements.
You will be responsible for the "health" of the accounts, maintaining high Quality Scores, troubleshooting ad disapprovals, and leveraging tools like Google Ads Scripts and automated bidding. You will use Google Analytics and platform data to tell the story of why things are happening and what we should do next. You will support the PPC Lead in stakeholder updates, acting as the technical "go-to" for the specific accounts you manage.
- 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (ideally in an agency environment).
- You have a solid grasp of Google Analytics and can find your way around a pivot table in Excel/Google Sheets.
- You will be managing budgets and brand guidelines.
