Central Employment are working with an award-winning Creative and Digital agency, as they look to appoint a client facing Mid-Senior Designer to their experienced studio team. Up to £40,000 DOE + excellent benefits, 4 days in office.
In line with their portfolio and client base, the ideal candidate will have solid past experience working across a range of sectors and organisations delivering everything from branding, online experiences, and digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:- You know Adobe Creative Cloud like the back of your hand.
- Experience of creating brands and working with brands to create impact.
- An understanding of design for web and responsive websites.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- Ability to present ideas to your team and our clients.
- Knowledge of the importance of web usability, accessibility & standards.
- Experience with managing and maintaining a Content Management System.
- Experience with design for print and print setup.
- An understanding of analytics and using data to influence design decisions and suggestions.
- Circa 3+ years more years of experience delivering across brand, print, and digital.
- A keen eye for detail and consideration for the end-user.
- Someone who loves creating and developing brands and brand identities.
- A portfolio of work that shows previous experience of designing excellent digital creatives for web, mobile, and digital campaigns.
- A good understanding of fundamental UX & UI principles.
- Great communication and team-working skills.
- You work well individually or as part of a team.
- You're up-to-date with industry trends and practices.
- You can communicate ideas to developers and make your designs come to reality.
- You are commercially aware and can manage several projects at once, thriving under pressure when a deadline looms.
