Responsibilities of the eCommerce Social Media Manager:- Develop and curate compelling content across various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's messaging and target audience.
- Oversee and manage all social media accounts, including profile settings, content publishing, and community engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, building relationships with followers and addressing any concerns.
