An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Floor Layer to join a busy and growing specialist flooring contractor operating across the North East. This role will focus on delivering high-quality resin, screed, and polyurethane (PU) flooring systems across commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of resin flooring systems (epoxy, PU, etc.)
  • Application of screeds including preparation and finishing
  • Working with polyurethane (PU) flooring systems
  • Subfloor preparation - grinding, priming, levelling
  • Delivering high-quality finishes in line with project specifications
  • Working across a range of commercial and industrial sites
  • Adhering to health & safety standards at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience in resin flooring, screeding, and PU systems
  • Strong understanding of surface preparation and application techniques
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • CSCS card (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
