An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Floor Layer to join a busy and growing specialist flooring contractor operating across the North East. This role will focus on delivering high-quality resin, screed, and polyurethane (PU) flooring systems across commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of resin flooring systems (epoxy, PU, etc.)
- Application of screeds including preparation and finishing
- Working with polyurethane (PU) flooring systems
- Subfloor preparation - grinding, priming, levelling
- Delivering high-quality finishes in line with project specifications
- Working across a range of commercial and industrial sites
- Adhering to health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in resin flooring, screeding, and PU systems
- Strong understanding of surface preparation and application techniques
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
