We have specialised in temporary, contract and permanent recruitment across a broad spectrum of industries for over 40 years, supplying staff with full UK coverage. Responsibilities include:
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using all recruitment methodologies from direct search to job boards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.
- Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment of best practice.
Ideally, you will have a number of years' experience in temp recruitment - industrial/construction. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and ability to support team development.

- Strong base salary + car allowance
- Annual end of year bonus (5% of salary based on company sales targets & 5% based on individual performance)
