About the
Role: In this role, you will be responsible for operating a reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve goods within a pallet racking system, ensuring safe and efficient handling at all times.
You will support the wider warehouse team by maintaining stock accuracy, following set processes, and keeping documentation up to date.
Your contribution will help ensure orders are fulfilled on time and the warehouse runs to schedule.
Key
Responsibilities: Operate reach forklifts to load, unload, move, and store pallets and materials within racking systems.
Conduct pre-use inspections of forklifts and equipment, reporting any defects or issues promptly.
Handle and lift goods safely using correct manual handling techniques to minimize risk of injury or damage.
Pick, place, and relocate stock accurately within designated warehouse locations.
Maintain clear and accurate records of stock movements and completed tasks.
Communicate effectively with warehouse colleagues to coordinate tasks and prioritise workloads.
Follow warehouse health and safety procedures, including safe traffic routes and housekeeping standards.
Support general warehouse duties as required to meet operational deadlines.

Requirements: Proven experience operating a reach forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong awareness of warehouse health and safety practices and safe working methods.
