Central Employment are working in partnership with a hugely successful Online Retail & Interiors organisation, as they look to expand their in-house eCommerce and Performance Marketing team. They have a new and pivotal role for a data and insights driven Paid Search Manager, reporting into the eCommerce Manager.
PPC Manager responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of current paid media/paid search strategies, tools, and processes.
- Shadow ongoing campaigns to learn best practices and how the campaigns are structured.
- Identify quick-win opportunities and implement early optimizations to enhance PPC performance.
- Take ownership of PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet performance targets while aligning with customer intent and behaviour.
- Expand paid media efforts across Paid Social Ads, Amazon and AWIN.
- Develop and execute testing strategies for creative assets, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
- Provide regular performance reports with key insights, test results, and next steps.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and campaign alignment.
- Consistently deliver high-performing campaigns that exceed expectations.
- Optimize and scale non-brand paid search campaigns to improve CTR and search impression share.
- Analyze campaign data to uncover trends and implement continuous improvements.

Essential experience:
- Circa 3-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.
- Operated in a Paid Search Agency or an eCommerce setting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally towards shared goals.
