Central Employment are working closely with an established and expanding full-service Digital Marketing Agency, based in Glasgow as they look to appoint a proven and knowledgeable PPC Manager.
Are you a data-driven PPC expert with a passion for delivering measurable results? We are looking for a PPC Lead to join our digital marketing team and drive performance across multiple platforms, reporting into the Head of Paid Media. This is a key strategic role with hands-on responsibility for campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Pinterest.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC strategies to achieve ROAS, CPA, and lead generation goals.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Create compelling ad copy and creative briefs that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and third-party reporting platforms.
- A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management.
- Proven track record of success across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and Pinterest.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience managing large budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and understand creative performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
- Exposure to overseeing/Mentoring Junior PPC talent (x1 PPC Exec, x1 PPC Manager).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
