We're looking for a Klaviyo-focused email marketing specialist to take ownership of my clients' email programme and turn it into a meaningful growth channel for a scaling eCommerce Retail brand.
What You'll Be Responsible:
- Plan, build and execute weekly email campaigns
- Create engaging, on-brand content (promotions, launches, storytelling)
- Manage campaign scheduling and performance
- Build and optimise key flows:
- Welcome series
- Abandoned cart
- Post-purchase
- Winback / re-engagement
- Improve flow performance through testing and iteration
- Segment audiences based on behaviour, purchase history, and engagement
- Deliver targeted campaigns to improve conversion and repeat purchase rates
- Track key KPIs (open rate, click rate, conversion, revenue)
- Run A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing, and offers
- Provide clear, actionable insights on what's working
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value
- Build systems that turn one-off customers into long-term brand advocates
Essential experience:
- Proven experience managing Klaviyo for eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of Shopify customer lifecycle
- Demonstrable results (e.g. revenue growth, flow optimisation, retention improvements)
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with Shopify content/blog ecosystem
- Strong email copywriting skills (conversion + brand tone)
- Understanding of subscription or reorder-driven businesses
- Basic HTML/email design confidence
