Central Employment are working with an established B2B & B2C integrated agency based in the North East, as they look to expand and recruit a client facing Marketing Account Manager. Up to £36,000 DOE + benefits Newcastle based, hybrid x 2 days from home.
Reporting into the Account Director, you will be working in a highly supportive team, handling campaigns for some of the North East's leading brands. You can expect to work on a range of activities that span media relations, content creation, social media, influencer outreach, events, brand development and marketing communications.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the effective day-to-day progress of client work in accordance with the campaign plan, objectives and budgets.
- Excellent functional knowledge of integrated studio work and processes; ideally you will also have experience of working on large-scale integrated campaigns.
- An ability to communicate with clients and team (written and verbal) to a high professional standard.
- Great attention to detail in the scoping, pricing and sign-off procedures.
- Assisting on new work pitches and proposal writing if required.
- Ensuring regular client contact.
- Be self-starting and able to make appropriate day-to-day decisions on your client work.
Experience & person traits:
- Experience of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that align with client goals.
- A background from within an integrated marketing agency.
- A good understanding of PR/Communications.
- A creative writer.
