Internal Sales AdministratorAre you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join a busy and supportive sales team at their Manufacturing facility based in Washington . This is a key role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders and enquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of care.What you'll be doing:Delivering excellent customer service to a range of clientsProcessing and managing customer ordersLiaising with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveryMaintaining accurate customer records and pricing agreementsResolving queries and supporting service improvement projectsWhat we're looking for:At least 2 years' experience in customer service or administration (beneficial if within a Manufacturing environment).Strong communication skills – written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressureA proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skillsSalary & Hours£25,900 per annum38 hours per weekMonday to Thursday, 8:15am – 5:00pmFriday, 8:00am – 1:00pmSite basedBenefitsPension scheme & life coverHealth & wellbeing support (EAP, GP service, eye care, flu jab)Onsite gym & Cycle to Work schemeEnhanced family-friendly policiesOpportunities for training and career developmentInclusive and supportive team cultureTPBN1_UKTJ
