We're looking for a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team. In this role, you'll operate a Counterbalance Forklift Trucks to store, pick, and dispatch raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in line with customer and supplier requirements. Attention to detail is essential to ensure all products meet strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load and unload vehicles
- Receive and record stock using the warehouse management system, promptly reporting any issues to your Line Manager or Team Leader
- Move stock within the warehouse
- Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
- Carry out regular stock counts
- Work collaboratively to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
- General housekeeping duties
Essential Requirements:
- Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and proactive approach
