Central Employment are delighted to be working a leading Manufacturer of high-performance industrial products. Due to on-going expansion, they are hiring a Customer Account Manager, to join our internal UK sales team.
Mon-Fri, 0900-1700, full time onsite
£28,000-£30,000 DOE
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be assisting with a number of UK key customers, to ensure the accounts run smooth and to the high levels of customer service we require.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be-
- Providing support to a number of key customers
- Building relationships with the customer to be the main contact for organising orders and ensuring a smooth experience is provided
- Liaising with carriers to then provide customers with delivery information
- Checking and quality checking specific orders
- Identify cross and up sell opportunities
Candidates should have the following experience-
- Outstanding Customer Service and account management skills, ideally 2-3 years
- Candidates will ideally be from a logistics or manufacturing background
- Positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Fantastic telephone manner
- Ability to easily build relationships
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
