They are looking for a CRM Manager to join their dynamic eCommerce marketing team to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven CRM strategies.
As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management initiatives with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and marketing automation. You will play a key role in leveraging Klaviyo to execute personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement CRM strategies across email, SMS, and other owned channels to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Manage end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including audience segmentation, content creation, testing, and performance analysis.
- Create and optimize customer journeys, automation flows, and triggered messages based on behavioral and transactional data.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce, creative, and data teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Continuously A/B test subject lines, content, timing, and automation logic to enhance performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer segments and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- 3+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing within the e-commerce and/or fashion industry.
- Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (automation flows, email building, segmentation, analytics).
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into action.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Knowledge of SMS marketing and its integration with CRM strategies is a plus.
