Central Employment are working with a leading UK Industrial Distribution organisation, as they look to appoint a Business Development Executive, joining an expanding sales team in Hartlepool.
FT onsite, 08.30-17.00 Mon-Fri £25,396.80 + bonus
Business Development Executive main duties:
- Proactively contact prospects through outbound calls and email to generate new business.
- Follow up on warm inbound leads and nurture prospects through to conversion.
- Engage with new accounts post-sale to ensure a smooth on-boarding, drive early usage, and maximise account potential.
- Keep your sales pipeline up to date, manage call-backs, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Identify the best product options for businesses based on their needs.
- Offer a consultative sales approach that builds trust and encourages long-term usage and loyalty.
Experience required:
- Outbound sales and or customer service experience.
- Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills.
- Well-organised and capable of juggling multiple prospects.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with an appetite for personal success and career growth.
- Driven, tenuous attitude to sales.
