Central Employment are working on behalf of a manufacturing client to recruit a Warehouse Administrator. This is a varied role within a busy factory environment, supporting day-to-day warehouse and production operations. It's ideal for someone organised, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the warehouse and production teams
  • Processing orders, delivery notes and stock records accurately
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate data
  • Supporting goods in/out processes and booking deliveries
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers where required
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
  • Handling general admin duties including filing, emails and reporting
  • Supporting with ad hoc tasks across the warehouse when needed

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment is ideal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
