Central Employment are delighted to be working with an established integrated PR, Social and Comms Agency, as they look to appoint a client facing Account Director.

You will report to the Managing Director and have a clear oversight of all elements of the business to support you in your role. You will have direct reports from team covering PR, social media and web design

Account Director profile:
As an Account Director, you will be in a senior-level management position, responsible for overseeing client relationships, managing account teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional-quality services to clients. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client accounts while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
  • Supervise and contribute towards the delivery of projects, campaigns, and client services to ensure they align with client goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term goals and develop strategic plans to meet them.
  • Manage client budgets and financial aspects of projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, and on budget.
  • Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance and support in client interactions and project execution.
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities and support business development activities.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients, meeting or exceeding agreed-upon standards.

Requirements:

  • Circa 3-5 years\’ experience in a PR and or integrated marketing agency role, operating at Account Director level
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead account teams and build and maintain client relationships.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to meet client objectives.
