We are seeking an experienced, ideally time-served, Mechanical Fitter to join our team. This role is crucial as the previous hire did not complete the probationary period. The main duties include:

Mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies (both small and large) from engineering drawings.

Mechanical build of cylinders, which is a key part of the job.

Assembly of machinery from technical drawings.

Providing support to the service function, which will involve some international travel (up to approximately 6 weeks a year).
Conditions:

The job offers 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.

Starting pay is £601.35, with additional skills payment (either £37.92 or £94.71) based on assessed skills after 13 weeks.

There will be a 13-week probationary period, with assessments every 6 months thereafter.
