Central Employment are delighted to be working with a scaling Performance Marketing and Search agency, as they look to add a client facing Meta specialist. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Paid Social Campaign Lead to join our growing Paid Social team. You'll work closely with our Senior Paid Social Campaign Lead, taking ownership of smaller client accounts while supporting on larger, more complex campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on paid social experience who's ready to step up, take responsibility, and continue developing their strategic and analytical skills.
Responsibilities of the Senior Paid Social Account Executive:
- Plan and develop paid social campaign strategies
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns (primarily on Meta platforms)
- Monitor performance and ensure campaigns deliver against KPIs
- Make ongoing, data-led optimisations to improve performance and scale
- Test audiences, creatives, formats, and messaging to drive results
- Support content creation, including writing ad copy and briefing or creating assets where required
- Build strong client relationships based on trust, knowledge, and results
- Produce clear and insightful performance reports
Experience required:
- Proven paid social experience (agency or in-house)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with Meta Ads (experience with other platforms is a bonus)
- Experience working with clients or internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience creating or contributing to ad content
