We're looking for a PPC Executive to manage the day-to-day execution of my clients' paid search activity. Working closely with the dedicated PPC Lead, you'll be the person inside the accounts every day, making adjustments, testing copy, and finding the wins. You'll be responsible for day-to-day performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon Advertising.

The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys digging into data to figure out why a campaign is underperforming and, more importantly, how to fix it.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Build, launch, and manage Search, Display, and PMax campaigns across Google Ads, handling everything from keyword research and ad copy through to bid strategy.
  • Review account data daily to spot and act on opportunities for A/B testing, landing page improvements, and audience refinements.
  • Maintain the overall health of the accounts, including Quality Scores, ad disapprovals, and the use of tools like Google Ads Scripts and automated bidding.
  • Keep our Bing and Amazon presence optimised and aligned with the wider search strategy, including ACoS management and audience targeting.
  • Produce reporting that goes beyond the numbers, using Google Analytics and platform data to explain what's happening and what to do next.
  • Support the PPC Lead in stakeholder updates and act as the technical point of contact for the accounts you manage.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 12-18 months of hands-on PPC experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • A solid understanding of Google Ads.
  • Experience with Bing and Amazon is a bonus.
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics and at ease working with pivot tables in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail, particularly when managing budgets and working within brand guidelines.
  • Someone who keeps up with changes in the search landscape because they find it interesting.
