  • Coordinate pricing, promotions, and inventory, working cross-functionally to ensure we have a market-leading product offering.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, and secondary KPIs) to drive consistent channel growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with marketplace policies and standards.
  • Take accountability for channel-level P&L, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across channels.
  • Continuously test and optimise strategies to improve performance.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Buying, and Marketing teams to ensure product availability and campaign alignment.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for asset development tailored to each platform.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure account health metrics are above expectations.
  • Liaise with external partners, agencies, and marketplace account managers.
  • Work with the Head of Sales & Marketing to develop a roadmap for channel growth, including new platform expansion and capability development.
  • Identify and launch opportunities on new marketplaces or international platforms.
  • Work with the wider commercial and buying teams to identify opportunities for new products or brands through our Dropship Vendor programme.
  • Work with the Head of Sales & Marketing and wider marketing and eCommerce team to develop and implement a growth strategy for our Dropship Vendor programme.
  • Stay up to date with marketplace and paid media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of eCommerce metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or BI platforms.
