Central Employment are working with a leading, independent Marketing, Communications and Design agency, as they look to appoint a client facing Account Manager, reporting into the Group Account Director.
As a dedicated Account Manager, you will report to the Group Account Director, taking full autonomy, working on global healthcare brand multi-service Marketing campaigns and projects. Leading high level, proactive key accounts – you will plan, support and ensure 'on-time/on-budget' delivery for all our agency services and outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop existing and new multipoint opportunities within key accounts.
- Develop compelling solutions for clients that utilize the agency's key services, focusing on sustainable account growth and demonstrating a solid understanding of clients' marketing needs, brands, competitors, and challenges.
- Work seamlessly with the wider client services team (Account Directors, Account Managers, and Account Executives) to proactively manage and execute client projects and campaigns.
- Develop effective relationships with clients and external partners as well as the internal creative, digital, and account management teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects on time and to budget, while ensuring a profitable return.
- Retain overall responsibility for the profit/loss/growth achieved within key accounts.
The successful candidate will have the following relevant experience/knowledge:
- Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline, Biomedical ideally but not essential.
- Circa 2 years marketing agency experience.
- Demonstrable experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment.
- Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with client pitches.
- Good financial/commercial awareness.
- Managed/worked with clients in the Healthcare sector.
