The Opportunity
This is a new business–focused role, ideal for someone who understands the print sector inside out and thrives on winning and developing profitable client relationships. You will have the autonomy to manage your own pipeline, supported by experienced estimating, production, and account management teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Winning new business across commercial print / digital print solutions
- Building a strong, self-generated sales pipeline
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver the right solution first time
- Meeting clients face-to-face and representing the business professionally
- Keeping CRM and forecasts accurate and up to date
What We Are Looking For
- Proven BDM or field sales experience within the print / digital print industry
- Strong knowledge of print processes, materials, and production workflows
- A consistent track record of new business generation
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working to targets
- Full UK driving licence
