Central Employment are delighted to be working with a leading Manufacturer of high-performance industrial products. Due to on-going expansion, they are hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive new business opportunities within new markets and verticals, with a focus on HVAC heating and ventilation. £28,000-£35,000 DOE, OTE benefits and part of a successful family-run business.
This is an internal B2B sales role, however it may lead to being more client-facing and/or field-based.
The role is to build on and extend the company's contacts in the construction sectors in order to expand in this area. It is fundamentally a business development and relationship-oriented role, so it will involve:
- Identifying where opportunities may arise;
- Building relationships with key people;
- Making the sale.
There will be a lot of help and support in doing this, but the person in this role will be the principal point of contact with the customer, potentially at a high level.
What will you need to become the successful Sales Account Executive:
- You will be from a B2B sales background, ideally having managed clients and developed new business in the construction and/or HVAC sectors.
- You will also need the personal skills to build strong relationships and sell their services, along with the commercial nous to ensure that deals are done on the best terms possible.
- This is a demanding Sales Account Manager role, and it is likely that you will have spent many years in the sector and already be well known amongst at least some of the target customer group.
- We are looking for someone with energy and entrepreneurial flair who can make things happen.
