Central Employment are working closely with an established and expanding full-service Digital Marketing Agency, based in Glasgow as they look to appoint a proven and knowledgeable PPC Account Manager. Glasgow based x 3 days a week, x 2 days from home Circa £35,000 DOE benefits.

We're looking for a PPC Specialist to join our digital marketing team and drive performance across multiple platforms, reporting into the Head of Search. This is a key strategic role with hands-on responsibility for campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing) specifically.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC strategies to achieve ROAS, CPA, and lead generation goals.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Create compelling ad copy and creative briefs that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and third-party reporting platforms.
