About the Role: We are recruiting for a Senior Day Care Officer for the Silsoe Horticultural Centre. It operates from a three-acre horticultural site, including a Cafe. You will provide support to the Day Service Manager, in the leadership and operational oversight to a dedicated team, embracing and cultivating best practice in the delivery of the new evolving day offer. This will involve partnership working with the people that attend the day centre, carers, staff, volunteers, and colleagues both within Central Bedfordshire Council and the wider social care community.
