Are you an experienced and compassionate Social Worker or Senior Practitioner ready to take the next step in a supportive, innovative, and ambitious Children & Families team? Do you want to be part of a service rated Good by Ofsted in March 2025 that genuinely values your contribution and puts children and families at the heart of everything we do?

We are recruiting Social Workers with at least one year’s post-qualifying experience to join our dynamic, forward-thinking Children & Families teams. You’ll be working in a rewarding family where your voice matters, your work is valued, and your development is a priority. This is challenging and rewarding work, but you won’t be doing it alone - we’re with you every step of the way. We are passionate about Systemic Practice and Motivational Training, supporting you with reflective supervision, dedicated time to plan interventions, and access to an excellent learning and development offer.

We are looking for qualified Social Workers who:

  • Have a good understanding of how to apply different social work theories and models in practice.
  • Can design and deliver imaginative, ambitious interventions that improve outcomes for children and young people.
  • Are committed to building strong, respectful relationships with families.
