Salary:

  • Social Worker (Level 1): £39,911 - £42,662 per annum pro rata (this includes a standard MRS £5,100 per annum pro rata)
  • Social Worker (Level 2): £47,476 - £49,069 per annum pro rata (this includes a standard MRS £5,150 per annum pro rata and enhanced MRS £3,850 per annum pro rata)

We are recruiting Social Workers with at least one year’s post-qualifying experience to join our dynamic, forward-thinking Children & Families teams. We believe in co-production, where children, families, and professionals work together to create meaningful change.

We are passionate about Systemic Practice and Motivational Training, supporting you with reflective supervision, dedicated time to plan interventions, and access to an excellent learning and development offer.

You should have a good understanding of how to apply different social work theories and models in practice, and be able to design and deliver imaginative, ambitious interventions that improve outcomes for children and young people. You must be committed to building strong, respectful relationships with families.
