Day‑to‑day you will ensure effective management of licensees including rent collection and keep our schemes safe and clean. You will assist in reducing accommodation costs to the council by proactively managing transitional accommodation placements and supporting households in maximising their opportunities for permanent settled accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Manage licensees and ensure rent is collected.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of schemes.
- Proactively manage transitional accommodation placements.
- Support households in achieving permanent settled accommodation.
- Make clear decisions under pressure using evidence and sound judgment.
- Work across boundaries to understand customer perspective and seek customer insight.
- Embed equality and diversity in all aspects of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in a tenancy or building management role.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of Housing Legislation, including anti‑social behaviour and enforcement options.
- Graduated to GCSE/O‑Level standard or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands.
