We are looking for an experienced Council Corporate Fraud Officer to join our Corporate Fraud Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in protecting public funds and resources across council services and partner organisations. You will lead investigations into suspected fraud, theft and other irregularities across a wide range of council services such as Housing, Council Tax, Blue Badge and Care Payments.

This role is ideal for a confident and skilled Council Corporate Fraud Officer, with experience of using a variety of techniques in investigating fraud against a Council.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake fraud investigations, to the criminal standard, in line with appropriate legislation and best practice, using a variety of investigative techniques.
  • Undertake Interviews.
