About the Role: The Ukraine Support Team delivers vital support to individuals and families arriving in the UK, helping them settle safely and rebuild their lives within the community. We work closely with individuals and families arriving in the UK, helping them access housing, health, education, and other essential services. We also work with CBC residents who sponsor and host Ukrainian guests. Alongside this, the team plays a key role in managing data, coordinating responses across departments, and ensuring our processes adapt to changing national and local priorities.
We are seeking a dedicated and organised professional to join our Ukraine Support Team. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining casework, stakeholder engagement, and system and process coordination. As a Resettlement Officer you will work closely with guests, sponsors and hosts, council services, and external partners to ensure people have access to the support they need to rebuild their lives. You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate data, ensuring strong governance, and supporting transparent reporting across the service.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a caseload, working directly with individuals and families to support their needs and promote independence
- Coordinate interventions to safeguard guests, prevent homelessness, and enable sustainable outcomes
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Work across council and central government systems to collect, validate, analyse, and present data for statutory reporting
- Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery

About you: You will be an experienced and motivated professional with a passion for supporting vulnerable people, including those who have experienced trauma, and for navigating highly sensitive and complex situations to help them achieve positive outcomes. You’ll bring:

- Confidence in working with data, including interpreting and presenting complex information in a clear, accessible way
