We currently have a \’Good\’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our aim is to support those who use the service to reach their full potential. We do this by promoting independence, supporting the individuals to make their own choices and to live their best life and find their greatness. As a Night Care Assistant, we will also aim for you to find your greatness from a career perspective.Within the role as a Night Care Assistant, you will promote the physical, emotional and psychological needs of those who live and stay at Linsell House, and make sure they are met through the provision of a supportive and caring environment. This will include offering support in all areas of personal care, including developing and maintaining daily life skills and interactions which is equally important during the night.This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to someone\’s life whilst developing your career in an organisation that can offer support, training and progression as a Night Care Assistant.Who are we looking for?We are looking to speak to enthusiastic, reliable and flexible people with excellent communications skills and a passion for caring for people with disabilities. NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care would be great, but we would love to hear from you if you have a genuine interest in the role and are willing to work towards the qualification.We provide ongoing

training opportunities for our team members to ensure that the successful candidate feels confident and competent to work with our adults. Our homes offer care 24/7 so you will be a dedicated member of our night team, which will include weekends, and work on a rota basis.To join us, you must have experience in working with people with disabilities in a relevant setting. You\’ll understand people with disabilities, and how to meet their needs and provide them with great opportunities. With experience in a caring role, you\’ll be a positive, practical person. You will be adaptable, flexible and people-focused, with the ability to build professional relationships. You will need to be able to write reports and use your initiative and think on your feet.Desirable Criteria (but not essential)

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (England) qualified or working towards.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrates a supportive and caring nature.
