At Central Bedfordshire’s Day Services for Older People every day is different, every person has their own unique story. By working as a Care Assistant you will help us achieve our goals by supporting our customers to lead fulfilling lives both in the centre and out in the community. Within this role there will be a requirement to undertake personal care with customers.
You don’t need any formal qualifications to apply for this role, we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, proactive and are able to work in a person-centred way to make a difference and improve the lives of the individual. We will support you to work towards a level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care. It would be desirable if you have access to a vehicle and hold a full, valid, driving licence. This role will consist of you working across two locations.
