About the Role
The Accommodation Services Team delivers key functions within a multi-million-pound Housing Service, including lettings, transitional accommodation and tenancy/licence management across Central Bedfordshire. You will manage your own caseload, working directly with customers to assess need, manage risk and develop practical, customerâfocused pathways into permanent accommodation. You will also support the operational delivery of lettings and allocations across social and private housing providers. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their housing expertise, broaden their experience within Social Care, Health & Housing, and play a direct role in improving outcomes for residents.
- Act as a first point of contact for customers accessing accommodation services
