Central Bedfordshire College is seeking a SEND Transition Coordinator to join the Foundation Learning and ALSP team at the Northamptonshire campuses (Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough). The role involves SEND assessments, transition coordination with schools and Local Authorities, and High Needs reporting.

We offer 37 hours per week, permanent full-time contract, other benefits, and a right to work in the UK. Salary Β£30,915–£41,085 per annum DOE.
